You also want to avoid eating all foods prepared with extra salt and sugar and that includes sweetened desserts, colas and fruit drinks and chips.

This first step is vitally important for any healthy living program. So do it completely and do it well.

Your second step is to get up off of the couch and start a simple regular exercise program. It doesn’t have top be a big deal. In fact, don’t push yourself too hard or to fast at first. Just taking a half-hour walk in the park or around the block four or five days a week is a great beginning. Exercising on a regular basis is the perfect way to strengthen your heart while you control your weight.

Step number three is to break all your bad risky habits. This means no smoking, no recreational drugs and no alcohol or no more than one drink a day for women and no more than two drinks for men. These addictive and dangerous habits are not part of a healthy lifestyle and could lead to disastrous and even deadly results

Follow these three steps carefully and with commitment and be diligent about staying clear of the potential problems that were pointed out and you should have few to no problems. You can also expect to live long and prosper and then enjoy the benefits and rewards that’ll go along with your success.
